EP 2014 "Clair-Obscur"

- ENGLISH: 13 years after my first demo (and 11 demos, 1 EP and a self-released Album later), this 13th recording, EP "CLAIR-OBSCUR" made in London, is my most personal to date...Coincidentally, 13 is my lucky number!

I arranged the songs and played all the music and sounds (keyboard, vocals, beatboxing (mouth and tongue), cowbell, egg shaker and mic slap). The songs have been recorded to reflect the way they sound when played SOLO and LIVE with a LOOP PEDAL.

The music, still always piano lead with vocals spanning through 3,5 octaves, is atmospheric-polyphonic-emotional-psychedelic-filmic-soulful-pop-rock with a touch of hiphop groove.
Thanks to the open-mindedness, patience and technical genius of Qwentalis Masters, the sound engineer, I was able to mix the songs exactly as I wanted them to sound.

The songs are songs of love, for yourself, for others, for diversity and celebrate the creative energy of life. I hope they inspire you to bring out the best of who you are, whether through light or darkness.

- FRENCH: 13 ans après ma première démo (et 11 démos, 1 EP et un Album auto-produit plus tard), voici mon 13ème enregistrement, l'EP "CLAIR-OBSCUR" créé à Londres, et mon plus personnel en date...Belle coïncidence, le 13 étant mon chiffre porte-bonheur!

J'ai arrangé les chansons et joué tous les instruments et sons (clavier, voix, beatboxing (bouche et langue), cloche, oeuf shaker et percussion au micro). Les chansons ont été enregistrées de sorte à refléter le jeu en DIRECT et en SOLO avec une PEDALE LOOP.

La musique, encore toujours menée par un piano et des vocalises s'étendant sur 3, 5 octaves, est atmosphérique, polyphonique, émotionnelle, psychédélique, filmique, soul, pop et rock avec une touche de groove hiphop.
Grâce à l'ouverture d'esprit de l'ingénieur du son, sa patience et son talent technique, j'ai pu mixer les chansons exactement comme je les imaginais.

Ces chansons sont des chansons d'amour pour soi, pour les autres, pour la diversité, et célèbre l'énergie créatrice de la vie. J'espère qu'elles vous inspirent à sortir le meilleur de ce que vous êtes, que ce soit au travers du clair ou de l'obscur.
